Santana suffered a broken finger on his left hand while walking at his vacation home in Kauai. He underwent surgery to insert pins in the finger and is expected to be unable to play guitar for approximately six weeks. Despite the setback, Santana is doing well and is eager to return to the stage.

His new residency dates are now set to begin in October, with shows scheduled for January and February. Santana also has an Oneness Tour planned for this year, which is due to start in April. It remains unclear if his injury will affect the tour
