JOHANNESBURG - There’s still no good news if you’re a Capitec client stuck on the bank’s mobile and online platforms.
The bank says it continues to experience an infrastructure problem on its central servers that support its banking channels.Capitec has apologised for the inconvenience and has encouraged clients to make use of their cards at Capitec ATM machines.While we are experiencing technical issues, here are the channels that work. We are absolutely committed to resolving the issue and have experts who are on it. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to affected clients.
