Cape Town City FC has announced the appointment of Muhsin Ertugral as their new Technical Director and interim head coach. Ertugral replaces Eric Tinkler, who was recently sacked following a poor start to the season. Ertugral brings a wealth of experience to the club, having previously coached Kaizer Chiefs and served as the Technical Advisor for the Turkish national team.
Cape Town City recently parted ways with Eric Tinkler following a series of poor results since the start of the season. Cape Town City have roped in former Kaizer Chiefs coach Muhsin Ertugral as their new Technical Advisor.
Ertugral returns to the PSL for the first time in four years of which he worked as a Technical Advisor for the Turkish national team.As things stand, City are currently 12th on the Betway Premiership log with 11 points from their opening 10 games.They lost three of their last five league game and won two, and the management felt Tinkler was no longer the right man for the job.
