Nebula's abilities in the MCU made her a valuable member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, especially since it seemed as though nothing could kill her.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 seemed to suggest that nothing can kill the MCU's Nebula. Karen Gillan debuted as Nebula in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, originally depicted as the villainous adoptive daughter of the Mad Titan Thanos, who was tasked with obtaining the Power Stone for Ronan the Accuser.
Nebula's unique power-set in the MCU made her a formidable villain, and later an invaluable ally. As a Luphomoid, Nebula's physiology grants her higher strength, durability, stamina, and reflexes when compared to the average human being, and this is only increased by her extensive cybernetic implants. Nebula revealed that Thanos would have her and her sister, Gamora, spar while growing up, and every time Nebula would lose, Thanos would replace a piece of her biology with machinery.
Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 Suggests Nebula Is Basically Unkillable Throughout her MCU career, Nebula has been shown to be able to quickly heal from the most grievous of injuries, using her cybernetic implants to snap broken bones and joints back into place. This allowed her to reshape her body after an attack from Drax's cannon in Guardians of the Galaxy, survive a brutal battle with Gamora in Vol. 2, and piece herself back together after being tortured in Avengers: Infinity War.
Adam Warlock's attack on Knowhere left Nebula mangled and disfigured, but she quickly reformed her body and rejoined the battle, even slicing through Warlock's body with her new arm made from nanotechnology. During the final battle against the High Evolutionary and his Hell Spawns, Nebula also proved that she could still fight, even though her head had been dislocated from her body. This gave Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.
What Can Kill Nebula? Marvel Comics' Nebula is as indestructible as her MCU counterpart, though has been severely injured on multiple occasions, most notably when Thanos attacked her in search of the Infinity Stones.
