Cain Dingle was left worried about his father Zak's health in tonight's episode of Emmerdale. Zak, who couldn't attend Belle's wedding due to illness, made Cain decide to visit him.
Cain had to leave, and quickly Cain Dingle was left fearing for his unwell dad Zak Dingle during tonight’s episode of Emmerdale . Currently living in Scotland with Debbie , we heard that Zak was too unwell to attend his daughter Belle’s wedding to Tom King but sent his best wishes. In the episode that aired yesterday, Cain told Belle that he had heard from Debbie, who was complaining about Zak.
