Emmerdale's Zak Dingle has not been well in recent weeks

While discussing her situation with Chas at The Woolpack, their conversation was interrupted by Cain Dingle , who was freshly off the phone with Debbie. He revealed concerns about their father Zak's health: "It's just dad, he's not well and doing her head in", indicating Zak's condition. Cain announced his plan to leave for Scotland to see Zak, despite Belle's offer to check on their father, stating her preoccupation with Tom mattered more, reports Leeds Live.
