A new paid parking system is coming to downtown Ogden, and some small businesses owners are threatening to leave over it.

A lot of times, small businesses will use chalk boards to advertise their business or events — but Zenger is using his ad space to send a message instead. All three of them are on 25th street, and all of their stores have been in downtown Ogden for decades and agree with Zenger’s sign.Zenger said he’s heard three businesses are threatening to leave over this, and he might too.
