Shurtape Technologies and Special Spaces worked together to create a special bedroom for a little boy battling cancer.

Walter and his father admire the Roblox cartoon character art in his dream bedroom provided by Shurtape Technologies and Special Spaces.Together, they have created a one-of-a-kind space for Walter, a 5-year-old Brecksville boy who is battling neuroblastoma, a rare type of childhood cancer.

Volunteers from the Shurtape’s Consumer & Craftsman Group, located in Avon, worked with Special Spaces Cleveland to prepare, paint and design a room tailored to Walter’s personality and interests.Walter’s refreshed retreat features a soft gray and deep navy paint color and custom canvas art of his favorite Roblox cartoon characters.

“While we may be helping gift a revitalized room to Walter, we are the lucky ones to be a part of the Special Spaces organization as they do their incredible work to transform lives and create amazing rooms for children in need.Volunteers from Shurtape Technologies’ Consumer & Craftsman Group worked with Special Spaces Cleveland to prepare, paint and design a room tailored to Walter's personality and interests.
