Published: Feb. 3, 2025 at 5:17 PM AKSTANCHORAGE, Alaska -The boulder that has been on Parks Highway near milepost 219 for nearly two weeks is no more.
“For this particular rock, what we did, is we actually drilled in about five or six holes, and then with that we place the dynamite within it,” Communication Manager for the Alaska DOT & Public Facilities Danielle Tessen said.
