The new cafe's name has a special meaning
Booths have opened a new cafe dedicated to the high-end supermarket chain's heritage. Café 1847 is named after the date Booths was founded as coffee and tea merchants in Blackpool.
There's also a new menu, which champions the best of Booths' produce and includes cooked breakfasts, ploughman's lunch, artisan sandwiches and cream teas. While children can get stuck into the 'little foodies' menu and colouring sheets, ideal for young diners.It is a venue has been designed and set up as a hospitality hub, with community groups and clubs expected to meet there regularly.
