SAN RAMON — Police locked down a high school and searched its campus Thursday morning after what they said was a threat of violence called into the school.Crime and Public Safety |Officers swarmed to California High School on Broadmoor Drive after school staff received the threatening phone call. Police did not say when the call came.
About 11 a.m., police in a social media post said they were escorting any students and staff located outside of classrooms or offices back to the front office of the campus. All students and staff inside classes or offices were locked down earlier Thursday and remained that way.
