Per Deadline, the Blue Beetle box office is set to reach a cumulative total of $58.3 million at the domestic box office by the end of the four-day weekend. This will already outgross the entire domestic run of Shazam! Fury of the Gods, which earned $57.6 million earlier this year. However, this doesn't necessarily mean Blue Beetle is a success, as it still has a way to go before it earns back its $104.4 million production budget, even when factoring in the international box office.
