Over the years, there have been many attempts at a Bloodborne PC port, but due to its technical limitations, it has proved almost impossible to play the game from start to finish with smooth performance. However, thanks to one modder who has been tirelessly working on a Bloodborne PC port for the past two years, the project has never looked better. Bloodborne Fans Are In Love With This Unofficial Remaster Developer fromsoftserve has been working on the BB PC Remaster since 2024 and now, after hard work and a whole lot of trial-and-error, the project is almost complete and is ready to download and try out right now. Adding dynamic shadows to"everything in the game", boosts to shadow render distance, improved stability, parallax occlusion, and the inclusion of pointlights for previously unlit areas, this is the unofficial Bloodborne remaster that we have all been waiting for. Sharing regular updates to their social media, fromsoftserve has recently shared a one-hour video to their YouTube channel which shows us the majority of the in-game areas, such as Yharnam itself, The Hunter's Dream, the Fishing Hamlet, and more. With the project close to completion, the creator says:"I released update 0.99.7 for my PC remaster mod for Bloodborne, and to herald its arrival, here is a chunky one-hour video showing most areas in the game... I talk about what I've done, what I've screwed up, some of what I have left to do, and what I'll be working on next." Bloodborne Remains A Beloved PlayStation Exclusive At the time of writing, Bloodborne remains firmly a PlayStation exclusive, but there is no denying that this mod is what fans have been waiting for all these years. As such, compliments have been shared on both YouTube and Nexus Mods, with fans eager to express their amazement over fromsoftserve's two-year project."I think your creative vision for Bloodborne and the other games is great, and I want to play through the version of these games your mods can provide," one user shared. Another agreed, adding,"I have been waiting patiently, biding my time for when this mod is completed so I can play Bloodborne for the first time. I believe your work has been exceptional, especially not encroaching on the original vision." With another simply saying,"you are doing the Lord's work", it is clear that the BB PC Remaster is going to rack up those downloads when the official version is released.
