Alison Dodds suffered multiple severe injuries at the hands of Alex Hindley
Alison Dodds, 51, suffered 'multiple severe injuries' at the hands of Alexander Hindley on September 21, 2023. Police were called to reports of a sudden death at the flat in Redcar Road at around 11am.
Four days later, Hindley, 35, who lived at the address, was arrested on suspicion of her murder. He appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday February 22 where he pleaded guilty to the charge.In a tribute following Alison's death, her family said: “We are shook up and upset that Alison has died in this way, it is not the way she should have gone and we all love her and miss her.
