Tall smoke has been filling the sky in West Dallas on Saturday morning as crews battle a fire at a recycling facility.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded Saturday morning to the fire in the 1700 block of North Westmoreland Road.
Dallas Fire-Rescue fight a structure fire, at CMC Recycling, located at 1729 North Westmoreland Road in Dallas on Saturday, July 6, 2024.Dallas Fire-Rescue units were sent just before 9:15 a.m. after a 911 was received for a structure fire in the 1700 block of North Westmoreland Road, near Interstate 30, a spokesman said. Ten units appeared to be responding to the fire, according to an online call list.
