A few flurries or light snow showers possible Thursday as well.is in effect until Wednesday morning for Crawford, Morrow, Marion, and Knox counties with wind chills as cold as -27 possible.Good Wednesday morning! This morning will be the coldest morning of our frigid stretch. All of Central Ohio is waking up with below-zero temperatures including a handful of temps colder than -10. Winds are light, but even a light breeze has knocked wind chills down to -20, so frostbite can occur in less than 30 minutes. We will start the day with sunshine and warm up to around 17 this afternoon with increasing clouds. Light winds this afternoon out of the south 5-10 mph. We will continue to stay chilly tonight with a low around 11 and wind chills near zero. Then we heat up to 28 tomorrow with mostly cloudy skies and a few flurries or light snow showers. Accumulations will be less than 1”. Friday we will have a morning low around 12 then warm to a high around 25 with partly cloudy skies. This weekend we will try to get above freezing each afternoon. Morning low Saturday will be around 12 with a mix of sun & clouds and an afternoon high around 33. Sunday we will be cloudier with a morning low around 26 then a high around 35. Next week looks to be similar with morning temps in the 20s and then high temps in the mid 30s most of the week. Along with a mix of sun & clouds. We were keeping an eye on a weak disturbance nearby Sunday into Monday, but right now all the models are keeping Central Ohio dry for those days. So other than our few light snow showers or flurries tomorrow we have a dry 7-day forecast. Have a good one!
