Although airports around the globe were forced to cut back on flight numbers in the wake of COVID, business is beginning to boom once again according to representatives from the Birmingham Airport Authority (BAA).

”We currently have 48 flights a day, compared to 65 flights at our peak before Covid,” said Hunt. “We are confident that the frequency of flights out of bhm [Birmingham Airport] will continue to grow as demand for service continues to increase.”
