The MCU will debut Daredevil: Born Again next year, and the Charlie Cox series is getting criticized by a member of the original Netflix show.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe's Daredevil: Born Again gets criticized for snubbing the original Netflix series. Marvel's Daredevil ran for three seasons on Netflix from 2015 to 2018. Matt Murdock actor Charlie Cox and Wilson Fisk star Vincent D'Onofrio have since returned to their roles in the MCU, with Disney+ working on a new series for the Marvel hero. Daredevil: Born Again will release in 2024.
“They really, truly don’t want it to be anything like the Marvel Netflix Daredevil. So, nobody that worked on the original series, other than the cast that they’re bringing back, is coming back. And I mean, there were just some truly, truly wonderful that worked on that show and I think they really added to the magic of that show. And I think Marvel’s making a big mistake, but what you gonna do?”
