In a report to the BI, Intelligence chief Fortunato Manahan Jr. identified the suspect as Jurgen Helmut Schumacher, 69, who was arrested by the Philippine National Police in Barangay. San Isidro, General Santos City on April 21, Thursday.Manahan said Schumacher was arrested after BI Commissioner Jaime Morente issued a mission order for his arrest after a complaint for undesirability was filed against him in the BI.
“Our Mindanao Intelligence Task Group headed by Melody Penelope Gonzales immediately conducted surveillance and investigation upon receiving the order,” said Manahan.
