The LPA was located 180 kilometers south southeast of Zamboanga City as of 3 p.m., the weather bureau reported. According to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, Romblon, and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.Coastal waters would be light to moderate throughout the country.—Mel Matthew Doctor/LDF, GMA News
