The superstar unleashed her first music video in years for “Bodyguard” on Tuesday , which finds her channeling a trio of, which features her in a black dress and gloves. She even pulls out a gun that pops a “Vote!” message flag to encourage fans to hit the polls.into Beywatch while donning the blonde hair and iconic red one-piece swimsuit as she jogs along in slow-motion to save the country as America’s sexiest lifeguard.
A third look mimics Anderson’s memorable 1999 MTV VMAs look featuring a furry pink hat and bedazzled leggings. But instead of the Video Music Awards, she’s comically renamed the show to the— playing off of her lack of video releases. “Bodyguard” is Beyoncé’s first visual output since 2020’s“I’m not here as a celebrity,” she said on stage. “I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother. A mother who cares, deeply, about the world my children and all of our children live in.
