Award-winning author Neil Gaiman, 63, known for such works as the comic book series “Sandman,” as well as prose books like “Coraline,” “American Gods” and “Stardust,” is facing multiple accusations of sexual assault by several women.One of the women, who was 23 at the time she was hired in 2022 to work as a nanny for Gaiman’s child, said that Gaiman assaulted her only a few hours after their initial meeting.
“There were little hints of, ‘We’re going to need the house’. And I remember saying, let’s talk about it. Let’s figure it out. That’s when he would just come to my studio and make me give him ,” Wallner said. “And he can say it was consensual. But why would I do that? It was because I was scared of losing my place.”
