Denver-based oil and gas company Bayswater Exploration and Production has agreed to sell $603 million worth of assets in Colorado's Denver-Julesburg Basin to Prairie Operating Co. The deal includes roughly 24,000 leased acres, 300 producing wells, and a saltwater disposal system. Bayswater will retain 70 horizontal wells and one active drilling rig in the basin.
