The county commission will consider next month plans for a 445-lot subdivision that is deeply unpopular with residents and the county planning commission.
Members of the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission during their March 7, 2024 meeting. The commission on Thursday approved Phase II of Savannah Estates, a 121-lot subdivision outside of Daphne. Many of the homes on the subdivision will be built over a reclaimed dirt pit.
