The commission on Thursday approved Phase II of Savannah Estates, a 121-lot subdivision outside of Daphne. Many of the homes on the subdivision will be built over a reclaimed dirt pit. The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday approved an 81-lot subdivision outside of Spanish Fort, despite concerns about traffic safety raised by both nearby residents and members of the commission.
