Dogs at the Happy Hounds Doggy Daycare in the UK got into the Christmas spirit by performing their own canine version of the Nativity scene. The four-legged actors were made up of doodles, spaniels and a terrier.
A baby Jesus was found at a fire station in Fort Collins, Colorado, after going missing from the town's Nativity scene. Four days after he was stolen from the tableau in the town, the baby Jesus figurine was anonymously surrendered to a fire station on Dec. 19, Fort Collins police shared on Instagram. Alongside the figurine was an apology note explaining the trespass. 'I am really sorry, I made a dumb mistake in the moment. It won't happen again,' the handwritten note reads.
'Case Update: The Baby Jesus figurine reported stolen from the Old Town Square Nativity scene four days ago was today anonymously dropped off at Poudre Fire Authority Station #1 in Fort Collins, along with an apology note ,' police said on Instagram. The post features an image of the recovered baby held by two smiling members of the city's emergency services. The figurine appeared to be no worse for wear, placed in his manger and still in his signature garment of swaddling clothes.
