JP Mialovski, a quarterback from Long Beach Millikan High School, announced his commitment Monday to the Aztecs on on X . “Aztec nation, I’m home,” Mialovski tweeted. The 6-foot-2 quarterback completed 182 of 305 passes for 2,764 yards and 30 touchdowns with five interceptions as a junior last season, according to MaxPreps.com.
head coach Sean Lewis and quarterbacks coach Matt Johnson for “believing in me and giving me this amazing opportunity to be the face of the program.” Mialovski told the Union-Tribune the relationship he built with Lewis and Johnson contributed to his decision to commit four months before he begins his senior year at Millikan. 'I feel like we have a special bond,' he said.
