The Russo Brothers took to Instagram to share the trailer, addressing the return of their longtime collaborator while doing so. In the MCU, the Russos worked with Evans in four movies. The directors helmed two Captain America movies — The Winter Soldier and Civil War — and the latest two Avengers films — Infinity War and Endgame — which makes them and Evans very close. The Avengers: Doomsday directors noted that, saying,"The character that changed our lives. The story that brought us all here together. After Endgame, there were many theories that a project showing Steve Rogers returning the Infinity Stones would come into play as an MCU TV show. While that is not what is happening, the fact is that from the moment the Russos' return was revealed, Evans' Captain America coming back seemed like a matter of time.
