Auburn basketball guard, Johni Broome, is expected to return to the court for the Tigers' matchup against Tennessee on Saturday after missing the previous two games due to a sprained left ankle.
It comes after Bruce Pearl told reporters Thursday that there was “a possibility” Broome would try and practice.
Broome missed each of Auburn’s previous two games after suffering a sprained left ankle during Auburn’s win over South Carolina on Jan. 11. The injury occurred after Broome jumped for a rebound and landed awkwardly on Chaney Johnson’s left foot."To beat two teams that are nationally ranked, and to go to beat Georgia at Georgia, who had won 13 in a row at home. Road wins are really hard to get in our league," Pearl said when speaking to reporters Thursday.
