With just less than five minutes to play in the third quarter of Tuesday’s tilt against the Fever, Bonner converted from underneath the left side of the basket to score the 6,897th point of her WNBA career. Auburn great DeWanna Bonner moved into 5th all-time in WNBA scoring, scoring her 6,897th point against the Indiana Fever tonight.Bonner finished the night as the Sun’s leading scorer with 20 points as the Sun went on to beat the Fever 92-71.
