An employee of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is now behind bars in Montgomery County on charges related to possessions of child pornography.

Garrett Anderson, 37, is facing 10 total counts of possession of child pornography, six of which also include the intent to promote the content.Special Agent Leon Washington, with ATF Houston, provided the following statement regarding Anderson’s arrest: “ATF takes allegations of criminal misconduct seriously. ATF employees are held to a high standard of conduct and are expected to maintain the highest ethics in both their professional and private lives. This employee operated in an administrative support capacity. For additional information about the allegations please reach out to Montgomery County Constable’s Office.”Michael Horton
