The Arkansas State Police (ASP) has arrested a honduran man in connection to a fatal vehicular accident which occurred on Monday, Sept. 9.
A Honduran man is in custody and facing felony charges in a suspected drunk driving crash that claimed the life of a Little Rock, Arkansas nurse.
