The broken down car was blocking a busy road in Fermanagh
An Asda delivery driver has been praised for coming to the assistance of a female driver who became distressed after her car broke down and was blocking a busy road in Co Fermanagh.
Talking about the situation, Kieran said: “I just saw this car stuck in the middle of the road with cars driving past, when I got closer, I noticed the girl was panicking and I realised she couldn’t get her car to move. I pulled the van up at the side of the road, jumped out and saw that her clutch had went, it was leaking fluid all over the road.
Kieran continued: “Once we got her and the car to safety, she was so relieved and kept thanking me, she told me she hadn’t been driving long and she wouldn’t have known what to do. That’s probably why she was so panicked.
