Arraignment for 2 people charged in St. Malachi shooting

Over 45 shots were fired outside the Ohio City church.

CLEVELAND , Ohio - Two men are scheduled to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday for their alleged role in a shootout outside St. Malachi Parish on July 29.Richo Samuels, 35, is charged with aggravated robbery, robbery, having weapons under disability, felonious assault, criminal damaging, and discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises.

According to O’Malley, on July 29, Samuels and George tried to rob Ponzie and Russell and another man outside on an apartment complex near Washington Avenue and West 28th Street.
