A 90-year-old man was killed after being shot during a carjacking.
Houston police say the victim, a World War II veteran, seems to be the target of a random attack.Detectives are now working two different crime scenes, including another one roughly ten minutes away in another apartment complex on Dunlap Street.At this point there’s still no sign of the suspect, who police are calling armed and dangerous.
It’s that gun the suspect used to shoot and kill the veteran. Police say after the victim was shot, the suspect stole his car, running him over on the way out.Watching all of this unfold was Rod Bosson. “I heard arguing, men arguing. And next thing I know, I heard a gunshot. So, I ducked back into my garage,” said Bosson.
