Housing Forward’s 2025 Point-in-Time Count was originally scheduled for Jan. 23, but the agency said Friday that it has been rescheduled to Jan. 30 to ensure safety.across North Texas next week. At the moment, temperatures for the day of the initial count are expected to hit lows of around 30 degrees in the early morning and highs of mid-40s in the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
