At approximately 9:55 a.m., officers located the victim, David Norton II, at 500 East 14th Avenue, where he was found with a gunshot wound to the upper body, according to APD.The suspect was identified as Chad Braunschweig, 36, and was taken into custody by APD and remanded to Anchorage Correctional Complex.
Braunschweig faces charges of second-degree assault, second-degree misconduct with a weapon, tampering with physical evidence, and reckless endangerment.
