Paramedics rushed the victim, since identified as 49-year-old Marcy Aguilar, to a hospital where he later died. Investigators are still working to determine what motivated the shooting and to identify a suspect. 'Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, specific details cannot be released at this time,' APD said in a statement. They believe that there are more witnesses to the incident with information that could help them further their investigation.
