'This s— is fire bro,' the streamer says in the background.
The 20-year-old Torrance man was arrested Sunday night and was booked on suspicion of felony hit and run and misdemeanor exhibition of speed. From a different angle of the night, a video shows two injured people lying prone on the ground, one bloodied around the head. Sgt. Matt Sutter, a public information officer with the Anaheim Police Department, said the victims were both 19 years old, one from the city of Orange and other from Lancaster.
