Amazon’s Big Spring Sale is just like any other big sales event from the retailer—there’s a whole lot of good stuff on sale at low prices. The sale runs until March 31, with discounts that rival Black Friday and Prime Day; we’re talking big savings on some of our favorite pairs of running shoes—including Brooks—as well as other must-have running accessories. Many of the goods in Amazon’s Big Spring Sale are ones we’ve extensively tested over the years. The Shokz Open Run 2’s are our pick for the best overall running headphones, and are perfect for logging miles while staying aware. There’s also a slew of Garmin watches on sale to track miles, but so are the Google Pixel and Apple Watch 11 if you want a lifestyle option. Two other sales on necessary evils are treadmills and foam rollers. They maximize time on feet and muscle recovery, respectively, but may be the least fun part of a training schedule. Still, they're needed for a well-rounded regimen. All you need to run is a good pair of running shoes, but let’s be honest, that’s the bare minimum: Plenty more is needed to maximize training, boost recovery, or simply make miles more enjoyable.
