Applications are now open for the 7th Annual Moguls in the Making student pitch competition, offering a unique opportunity for students to gain essential business skills and compete for over $185,000 in scholarships, paid internships, laptops, and other prizes.The competition will take place from September 11-14 in Detroit, Michigan. Organized by Ally Financial in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund , the Moguls in the Making competition is designed to empower students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Predominately Black Institutions . This initiative aims to provide students with career-launching business experience, financial education, and networking opportunities with executives and industry leaders. Since its begun in 2019, Moguls in the Making has been a cornerstone of Ally Bank’s commitment to promoting economic mobility by preparing talented students to become future entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities.
