Columbia Borough police claim they have identified the driver of a pickup truck that hit a minor on March 20 in Hellam Township.

Around 8 p.m. on Friday, the police were called to the 200 block of Chestnut Street, where they learned the driver of the vehicle did not stop after hitting the minor and continued eastbound on Pennsylvania Route 462.
