The CHP initially said four of the five southbound lanes were closed. As of 4:05 p.m., all lanes are open. The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. Monday near the Geneva Ave. on-ramp, the CHP said. The CHP confirmed it responded to a report of a wrong-way driver driving on John Daly Boulevard.The CHP said lanes are expected to reopen in about an hour.Related Topics
