The former Celtic boss is now in the dugout with Rapid Bucharest - and is in no rush to lose their top talent.
Rapid Bucharest boss Neil Lennon appears in no rush to allow key man Albion Rrahmani to leave the club this summer amid interest from Rangers.
But there has been little movement since then with Philippe Clement's recruitment drive ramping up rapidly - with Connor Barron the fourth signing for the summer so far and Moroccan striker Hamza Igamane set to follow the former Aberdeen man through the door at Ibrox. Rapid president Viorel Moldovan says the club have thrown out a lowball offer for the star - and now former Celtic boss Lennon appears to be focussing on keeping the attacker.
Rapid's pre-season schedule is already underway in Slovenia - but Rrahmani has yet to join the side having been on international duty with Kosovo while talks over his future escalate. But Lennon expects a link-up before they jet out to Slovenia on Sunday.
