Sources also say Lawrence Shankland remains an option for Rangers, and Hearts would struggle to turn down a “really big” offer for last season’s SPFL top scorer.Shankland found the net 31 times in 47 games last season and is a long-term target for the Ibrox club after they attempted to sign him in January.that the Scotland international would be happy to move to Ibrox this summer if the two clubs are able to strike a deal.
Rrahmani, meanwhile, has emerged as a new option for Philippe Clement’s side, and his goalscoring exploits last season have moved him up the list of their targets.
