The bulk of the funding, $344 million in Proposition A, would improve parking and traffic flow, renovate and update all the district’s campuses, pay for some new construction and fund “technology infrastructure improvements, safety and security, and new school buses,” according to the district’s“The average age of our buildings is 71.8 years, which requires responsive renovations,” a video produced by the district to explain the proposal said.
