EMILY GLASSCOCK CITY OF ENTERPRISE The sweetest event of the summer returns to Enterprise as the newly designated Alabama Sweet Tea Festival, recently endorsed by the Alabama Department of Tourism.
“We are steeping with pride to be able to call this the Alabama Sweet Tea Festival after receiving the designation from the Alabama Department of Tourism,” Enterprise Director of Tourism and Community Relations Tammy Doerer said. “Excitement is brewing in our community, and we are ready to create the perfect blend of entertainment, vendors and activities for this annual event.”
People are also reading… Additional vendor add-ons, including extra space and electricity are available for purchase. All restaurant, food vendors, and food trucks must have the proper city business licenses and meet all health and fire inspection requirements. Following last year’s event that drew thousands of people, Doerer said attendees can expect a similar event, but with a few changes.
