Does A&M’s double-digit upset change a planned staff shakeup on offense? Let’s start with that pressing matter following an occasionally nonsensical postgame press conference from Fisher:Despite Saturday’s victory over an LSU squad that also lost 40-13 at home to Tennessee in October, Fisher will be adding a true offensive coordinator in coming weeks.
“He’s a tremendous human being, a tremendous player, a tremendous leader and a tremendous competitor,” Fisher said. “He has nothing but heart and toughness about him in everything he does.”The Aggies managed bookend SEC victories against Arkansas and LSU with six league losses in-between, and in both wins A&M senior safety Demani Richardson scored touchdowns on defense.
“Demani has played a lot of ball … he’s been around a long time and he knows how to win,” Fisher said. “He knows how to win and he’s a great leader.”
