Trey Amos spoke about his transition from Alabama to Ole Miss, along with his NFL Draft future.

After a successful season with the Rebels, Amos was in Mobile Wednesday, speaking to reporters ahead of the Senior Bowl. He said the transition between SEC schools had been a fairly smooth process.

Amos began his college career at Louisiana. He played his high school football at Catholic in New Iberia, La. “I’ll take everything,” Amos said. “I had a lot of experience from different coaches, wide receivers. I feel like it was definitely a help. But I want to learn even more.” He finished the season in Oxford with 50 tackles, three interceptions and a forced fumble. He has been showing up as a late first or early second-round pick in 2025 NFL mock drafts.“You’re gonna get a player who’s gonna do their job,” Amos said. “Not gonna do to much. Just a person that’s gonna go in, work, compete and build everyone else up.”
