Many harem anime will dabble with ecchi, but High School DxD commits to the bit in a way unparalleled except by a select few choices which—aside from a handful of influential oddities like To Love Ru and Rosario + Vampire—have much worse stories.

High School DxD Hero's X account shared the news that the long-awaited sequel Junior High School DxD would be receiving a manga.
Junior High School DxD's first volume came out in May 2024, currently one of two volumes in total. In consideration of High School DxD's massive appeal, it's perhaps unsurprising that it so quickly earned a manga adaptation. With a brand-new set of characters and intentions to bring legacy characters in, the series is a decisive expansion of High School DxD's narrative, and fans of the franchise can look forward to the manga and—inevitably—the anime, too.
